The short answer
DialogBrain is an AI agent that answers customers across the messaging accounts you already have: Telegram, WhatsApp, email, Instagram, Messenger, voice calls and more, 22 in all, with drafts your team approves before they're sent. DevReply is a native chat inside your iOS and Android app, answered from one inbox, with an MCP server so your own agent can work that inbox and set the app up. If your customers write to you on messengers and social networks, DialogBrain reaches far more of them. If they're inside your mobile app, DevReply puts the chat right there.

DialogBrain's site lists 22 channels; its per-channel price says it covers 17 of them. DevReply prices are in USD, with VAT added where it applies. Scale's webhooks and in-app nudges are coming, not built yet.
What a small team pays
Take a team of three answering one product for a year, at the list prices above:
- DevReply: $0 on Free while you stay under 50 conversations a month. Pro is $490 a year for the whole team, with your agent working the inbox. A fourth or a tenth teammate costs nothing, and there's no AI meter: your agent runs on your own model account.
- DialogBrain: $360 a year for one channel and two extra seats ($20 + 2 × $5, × 12), plus AI credits as you use them, or your own API key. Each extra channel adds $240 a year, and each extra teammate $60.
For a single channel, DialogBrain's base is lower than DevReply Pro. Its bill grows with channels, seats and AI use; DevReply's grows only with conversations.
Why DevReply for mobile apps
DialogBrain meets customers in the apps they already use: messengers, social networks, email, the phone. That's its strength. But an app user stuck on a broken purchase is inside your app, not in Telegram, and that's where DevReply works:
- A native screen in your app. SwiftUI on iOS and Jetpack Compose on Android, with no web view. The React Native and Flutter packages open those same native screens. The user doesn't need to know your WhatsApp number or have an account anywhere.
- Context a phone has. Each message comes with the device, OS, app version and language, plus anything your app passes, like the user's plan. Open the chat from a paywall with a draft and an error code, and the team sees it as “Opened with”. A message from a messenger account doesn't carry that.
- Reach the user after they leave the app. Replies arrive live while the chat is open, then as a push notification or an unread bubble over the app, and by email on Pro with a button that opens the conversation back in the app.
- Accounts the way the stores expect. Log in with your own user id, log out on sign-out, and delete a user from the app, the inbox or your backend, as Apple requires.
- An agent that sets up your app, too. Both have MCP. DevReply's setup tools let your coding agent create the app, add iOS and Android, set push keys and follow the app's setup guide in your repository, then check that it's connected. Free includes the setup tools; working the inbox over MCP needs Pro.
- One flat price. No per-channel, per-seat or per-answer fees, so the bill doesn't move when the team or the AI gets busier.
See the guides for SwiftUI, Expo and React Native and Flutter.
Where DialogBrain is stronger
- Channel breadth. 22 channels in one inbox, including regional networks like LINE, WeChat, Zalo, Avito and Max.ru. DevReply covers only the chat in your app or site.
- Voice. DialogBrain's agents answer and make calls. DevReply is text chat only.
- A built-in AI agent with human approval. Agents draft replies, your team approves, edits or skips each one, and you can switch a workspace to auto-send when you trust it. DevReply has no bot of its own: you bring your agent, and each app decides whether it may reply, draft for approval, or neither.
- A cheap start for one channel. $20 a month plus seats and credits is less than DevReply Pro if one channel is all you need.
- A website widget for stores and sites, with AI answers and human handoff.
Which one to pick
- Pick DevReply if your users are mostly in an iOS or Android app (native, React Native or Flutter), you want push, device context and store-ready account deletion, and you want your coding agent to set the chat up as well as work the inbox.
- Pick DialogBrain if your customers already write to you on WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, email or the phone, and you want one AI agent answering across all of them with your approval.
Try DevReply free with your own app: no card, unlimited teammates, and the native SDKs on the free plan. Coding agents can read everything about it in llms.txt.
