The short answer

Zoho SalesIQ is a live chat and visitor-tracking platform for sales, marketing and support, with a mobile SDK called Mobilisten for iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter and Cordova. It's priced per operator, has a free plan for three operators, and is cheap for a small team. DevReply does one job: a native “message the developer” chat inside your app, one inbox to answer from, and an MCP server so your own AI agent works that inbox. It has no per-seat fees, so it gets cheaper than SalesIQ as your team grows. If you want website visitor tracking, chatbots and Zoho CRM in one place, SalesIQ is the stronger pick.

Sources: zoho.com/salesiq/pricing, Mobilisten iOS docs, Mobilisten on GitHub, Zoho MCP services, and our own pricing. Checked October 2026. SalesIQ counts chat sessions, which end when the visitor leaves or goes idle; DevReply counts a conversation once a month when a user writes in it, so the limits aren't directly comparable. DevReply prices are in USD, with VAT added where it applies. Scale's webhooks and in-app nudges are coming, not built yet.

What a small team pays

Take a team of three answering one app for a year, at the list prices above:

For three people, SalesIQ costs less. The difference is the head count: the fourth person doesn't fit SalesIQ's free plan, and at ten people Professional is $1,530 a year billed yearly while DevReply Pro is still $490.
